• Effectively manage the restaurant and lead the crew in the absence of Restaurant Manager / Senior Restaurant Manager • Be responsible for crew orientation, development, and discipline • Ensure smooth and efficient outlet operation and customer service according to company’s standard • Conduct quality control on products to ensure consistency and availability • Conduct stock control to minimize wastage and ensure sufficient stock for each shift • Be responsible for opening / closing of outlet • Be responsible for cash management (e.g., petty cash, keying in cash register) • Monitor stock balance and raise order to the Restaurant Manager/ Senior Restaurant Manager • Attend to customers feedback through Service Standards and update to Directors • Must be proficient in all areas of the restaurant to assist when necessary • Assist the Restaurant Manager/ Senior Restaurant Manager in staff deployment during peak hours / in the event of manpower shortage • Maintain high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization throughout the restaurant • Ensure all tools, equipment, machines, lightings & fixtures are functioning in good conditions. And report to Restaurant Manager/ Senior Restaurant Manager should there be a need for repair and maintenance • Enforce and monitor good grooming standards of all staff • Send managerial and operational reports to Restaurant Manager / Senior Restaurant Manager • Maintain a work environment that meets company, state and federal safety and employment guidelines
