Job Requirement • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Polymer Science or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field. • Experience in manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment. • Results orientated to details and follow through skills. • Willing to hands-on and continuous improvement planning, executions and evaluation. • Good interpersonal skills and have positive approach to work with related department to achieve the objectives set. • Analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills. Job Responsibility • To monitor daily productions activities to achieve daily production output. • To identify and control production reject and minimize wastage at production line. Plan and discuss corrective action to reduce reject with supervisors. • To monitor, control and ensure the production process in high-quality standards of products in accordance with the Customer’s expectations including customer specification requirements and quality compliance to ISO 9001 Standards and ensure effective implementation in the plant. To ensure accuracy and quality are monitored to avoid customer complaints on quality issues, packing issues or delivery-related issues. • Ensure every schedule run accordingly to plan and achieve efficiency set. • Work together with maintenance team and supervisors on upkeep machinery with proper checklist etc. • To ensure all process control activities are carried out by supervisors and follow according to requirements. (Temperature, parameter setting, product spec, hardness and etc.) • Compiling data and analyze reports on production and quality issues, customer complaint/goods returned for troubleshooting, counter measure and decision making to HOD • To introduce effective methodologies or continuous improvement with LEAN approach in production floor. • To identify worker’s knowledge and skills gap based on the training need assessment event. To monitor, coach and train/ re-train the employees based on their training requirements. • Ensure compliance with Company’s and Corporate policies, ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards, Statutory requirements and internal/external compliance (Social Audit, JKKP, DOE, DOSH & etc.). Ensure the provision and maintain the working environment for employees is practicable, safe and without risks to Safety, Health and Environment. Ensure 5S, housekeeping, improvement activities and handling of scheduled waste are practiced all the time. • Any other duties/responsibilities to be assigned by HOD/Top Management from time to time.
