Job Summary:

As a 180 Recruiter, you will specialize in managing either the candidate or client side of the recruitment process. You will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, building strong relationships, and ensuring successful placements in alignment with client requirements. This position is ideal for professionals who excel in a focused recruitment area and want to leverage their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and manage applications.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers, contracts, and start dates between candidates and clients.
