Job Summary:
As a 180 Recruiter, you will specialize in managing either the candidate or client side of the recruitment process. You will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, building strong relationships, and ensuring successful placements in alignment with client requirements. This position is ideal for professionals who excel in a focused recruitment area and want to leverage their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Create compelling job advertisements and manage applications.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and start dates between candidates and clients.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
