Job Responsibilities

Responsible for resolving complex technical issues, architecting solutions, and ensuring the success of our clients' IAM implementations.
Resolution of highly complex technical issues related to Saviynt' s platform.
Collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and support staff to architect and implement innovative IAM solutions that meet specific requirements.
Act as the architectural lead for IAM implementations, ensuring the highest level of security, compliance, and access control.
Knowledge of Saviynt connectors for various applications, ensuring seamless integration and access governance.
Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize connector performance.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining custom connectors within the Saviynt platform, ensuring compatibility with diverse enterprise applications and systems.
Utilize scripting languages and tools to automate IAM processes and tasks at an architectural level.
Lead and guide support teams in resolving complex issues and architecting effective solutions.
Participate in the continuous improvement of IAM support processes and best practices at an architectural level.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring their IAM needs are met.
Mentor and train support teams on architectural best practices and innovative solution design.
Collaborate with Saviynt development and product teams to provide architectural insights for platform enhancements.
Provide IAM platform support for Saviynt, including setup, management, oversight, and troubleshooting for customer environments.
Execute tasks related to aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules, and roles within the Saviynt platform.
Configure and deploy Saviynt Connectors for various target systems, ensuring seamless integration.
Administer user access and handle all related user IDs, password management, and access control for Provider-operated systems.
Define access management protocols, processes, ensuring proper reporting and auditing.
Comprehensive knowledge of scripting languages and tools for automating IAM processes.
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication protocols.
Expertise in access control, security protocols, and IAM administration.
Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IAM solutions and align with compliance needs and best practices.
Mentor and train support teams on architectural best practices and innovative solution design.
Collaborate with Saviynt development and product teams to provide architectural insights for platform enhancements.

Job Requirements

At least a bachelor’s degree in information systems/computer science/computer engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in supporting Saviynt identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
Profound expertise in Saviynt' s IAM platform, including in-depth knowledge of configurations, integrations, and customization.
Advanced understanding of IAM technologies, concepts, and best practices.
Strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Saviynt.
Proven ability to architect and design innovative solutions based on Saviynt to meet unique client requirements.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining Saviynt' s IAM systems at an architectural level.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor support teams.
