Responsibility:

  • Manage and monitor sales billing, payment collection, issuance of credit notes, purchase order, delivery order and invoicing.
  • Handle and update records of payments.
  • Verify and calculate driver monthly commission and incentive for submission to Manager
  • Keep track of all company vehicle road tax, driver license renewal and insurance.
  • Liaise with JPJ Runner for Puspakom Inspection
  • Assist in office administration including documentation and filing.
  • All other duties arranged by Manager.

Requirements:

  • Admin Clerk need to have basic skills of Microsoft (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Candidates with basic knowledge of SQL Accounting Software will have added advantage
  • Min. SPM, Cert/Diploma/Degree in Administration or any related fields
  • Min. 1 year experience as an admin clerk (Fresh graduated are welcome)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Language Required: Bahasa Malaysia & English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Performance bonus
