Responsibility:
- Manage and monitor sales billing, payment collection, issuance of credit notes, purchase order, delivery order and invoicing.
- Handle and update records of payments.
- Verify and calculate driver monthly commission and incentive for submission to Manager
- Keep track of all company vehicle road tax, driver license renewal and insurance.
- Liaise with JPJ Runner for Puspakom Inspection
- Assist in office administration including documentation and filing.
- All other duties arranged by Manager.
Requirements:
- Admin Clerk need to have basic skills of Microsoft (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- Candidates with basic knowledge of SQL Accounting Software will have added advantage
- Min. SPM, Cert/Diploma/Degree in Administration or any related fields
- Min. 1 year experience as an admin clerk (Fresh graduated are welcome)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Language Required: Bahasa Malaysia & English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
