Job Overview:

Geno Hotel is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Communications Executive to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing campaigns for promotions, events, and seasonal offers to boost brand awareness and drive revenue.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, hotel website, and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage hotel social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and interaction with followers.
• Graphic Design Coordination: Work with designers or use design tools to create visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Public Relations: Draft press releases, handle media inquiries, and build relationships with local media and influencers.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing hotel events, promotions, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify marketing opportunities.
• Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with Geno Hotel’s brand identity and guidelines.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments to drive joint marketing efforts and campaigns.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Malaysian only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
