  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive (Full Time & Internship) to manage and optimize our online business to enhance sales and brand presence.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, phone, social media).
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information and guide customers through the buying process.
  • Track customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Serve walk in customers

Order Management:

  • Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TIKTOK, company website.)
  • Assist packing team whenever needed
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure parcels are collected
  • Handling & process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Related experience (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok) are encouraged to apply. New graduates are welcome
  • Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hardworking, responsible, discipline, self-initiative
  • Internship duration is 3 months (RM1000 allowance)

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm (Mon to Sat)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
