The Marketing & Visual Merchandising Executive will play a critical role in shaping the in-store customer experience and brand presence across 11 outlets of our diverse F&B group. This hybrid role combines responsibilities for visual merchandising (VM) and point-of-sale materials (POSM) with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and appeal in both online and offline channels. The role requires close collaboration with outlet managers, marketing manager, graphic designers, and the digital marketing executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising (VM):
- Develop and implement VM guidelines for all brands and outlets to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Oversee the setup and execution of in-store displays, seasonal themes, and product arrangements in coordination with outlet teams.
- Conduct regular audits of outlet layouts and visuals, providing feedback and improvement plans to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain cleanliness and visual appeal across all locations.
Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM):
- Conceptualize and manage the design, production, and distribution of POSM such as menu boards, posters, tabletop cards, and packaging.
- Work closely with the graphic designer to ensure materials align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with vendors for the printing and timely delivery of POSM for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Assist the team in planning and executing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration between in-store and online promotions.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing executive to create a cohesive customer journey from social media to the physical outlets.
- Monitor the effectiveness of VM and POSM initiatives through sales data and customer feedback, providing insights to refine strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Act as the bridge between the marketing and operations teams to align on campaign execution and store-level initiatives.
- Train outlet managers and staff on VM best practices and the proper use of POSM materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product launches and seasonal campaigns, contributing ideas for both digital and in-store experiences.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising, POSM, or marketing roles, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of branding, customer experience, and marketing principles.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
