Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; may have up to 3 years' relevant experience.
Other Requirements :
- Good working attitude, willing to learn and take challenges
- Well-versed in Microsoft excel and experience SAP or ERP system will be added advantage
- Good logical thinking and analytically skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Job Descriptions :
- Assures the material assurance of supply and inventory management of high technology or life sciences production in accordance with supply chain optimization and management objectives.
- Establishes and manages supplier relationships including negotiating contracts and prices, monitoring supplier performance, selecting/analyzing the supply base
- Release Purchase Order
- Obtain supplier acknowledgement and delivery commit
- Update delivery commit to Purchase Order
- Follow up and expedite delivery per commit
- Pull in and push out Purchase order per Exception report and project owner request
- Solve MY30 shortage issue and LC order fulfillment issue
- RFQ to vendors, price negotiation and price comparison if needed
- Resolve PO problem and payment issue
- Support manager on the ad-hoc issue and department event/activities.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
