Position Title: Retail Operator

Location: Kickers Boutique Lalaport BBCC Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary:

The Retail Operator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Kickers boutique. This role involves customer service, managing the inventory, processing payments and meeting the sales goals.

Key Requirements:

1. Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Experience

• Prior experience in retail or customer service

• Familiarity with fashion trends and product knowledge in clothing, accessories, or leather goods.

3. Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with customers.

• Sales skills to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Time management and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.

• Problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns effectively.

4. Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing excellent service.

• Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products.

• Maintaining store cleanliness and merchandise displays.

• Managing inventory, restocking, and organizing products.

• Processing payments and handling cash or credit transactions.

• Meeting sales goals and promoting store campaigns or promotions.

• Reporting to the store supervisor on sales performance and issues.

5. Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Capability to lift and move merchandise when necessary.

6. Personal Qualities

• Passion for fashion and trends.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude.
