Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage office operations, including filing and document organization.
Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and schedules.
Handle basic office supplies inventory and procurement.
Accounting Duties:
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Make payments to suppliers and vendors as per schedule.
Follow up on payments from clients to ensure timely collections.
Prepare monthly balance sheets and profit & loss statements for management review.
Monitor outstanding debts and liaise with suppliers to manage account balances.
Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system.
Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Coordination:
Assist the management team with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Liaise with clients and vendors for billing or administrative purposes.
Other Tasks:
Perform any other duties as assigned to support the smooth running of the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
