M&E SUPERVISOR - CONSTRUCTION

Roles and Responsibilities

The Senior M&E Coordinator (Building) is responsible for the coordination and execution of all M&E works at site in a timely manner.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

· Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule

· Liaise with design consultants on the design intent

· Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies

· Chair M&E coordination meeting

· Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance

· Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.

· Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services

· Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
