On behalf of our client, Planet Kreatif Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a full-time Account Assistant cum Administrator based in Kota Damansara, Selangor. Your role is to provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of the company's financial and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record-Keeping: Accurately inputting expenses, income, and invoice data into our accounting software.
- Invoice Management: Efficiently preparing and managing invoices to suppliers.
- Payment Processing: Seamlessly handling online payments.
- Financial Audits: Collaborating with our accounting and audit teams to provide essential financial documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent documentation, data entry, and filing skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
