The Stock Keeper is responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials (RM) and finished goods. This includes receiving, organizing, labeling, and tracking stock, as well as ensuring accurate stock counts and preparing materials for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management

  • Arrange raw materials (RM) in proper storage locations.
  • Receive returns from production and organize them accordingly.
  • Ensure all RM packets are properly labeled by printing and affixing labels.

Stock Monitoring

  • Perform daily stock counts to compare physical stock with system records.
  • Update stock cards regularly (stock in/stock out) and report any discrepancies.

Preparation for Production

  • Prepare and organize RM for the next day's production needs.

General Inventory Duties

  • Unload incoming deliveries, sort, and organize stock for easy access.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas, including freezers and chillers.

Safety and Compliance

  • Follow safety protocols when handling materials, especially hazardous or delicate items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,066.18 - RM2,000.00 per month
