Join Our Team as a Sales Merchandiser
Are you passionate about retail and ready to make an impact in the world of sales and merchandising? We’re looking for an energetic Sales Merchandiser to represent our company in hypermarkets, pharmacies, departmental stores and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, including stock levels and sales trends.
- Drive sales by securing prime shelf space and implementing promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis during store visits.
- Provide feedback on product placement and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to various store locations.
- A positive attitude & honest with a focus on achieving results.
