Join Our Team as a Retail Supervisor
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for retail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor store operations, including inventory levels, staff performance, and customer service.
- Ensure all products are merchandised according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Train and mentor staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership, SOP, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising and stock management.
- Proficiency in basic reporting and retail software is an advantage.
