Job Description
· Cleans assigned guest rooms, public area and administrative office in accordance with hotel policy & procedure.
· Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, pantry and office including the maintenance of the equipment at all times.
· Ensure that work / cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
· Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items.
· Report damages, losses and supply shortages to supervisor.
· Prepare / maintain necessary records / accounts.
· Received any complaints and report to appropriate individuals for necessary action or adjustment.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
- Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

Experience:
- Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
