The Clinical Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care and supporting the clinic’s daily operations. Job Responsibilities

Patient Care and Support

• Welcome and assist patients during consultations and procedures, ensuring comfort and professionalism.
• Prepare patients for treatments, including explaining pre- and post-procedure instructions.
• Assist practitioners during aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser procedures, or other non-invasive cosmetic treatments.

Clinical Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized, maintained, and prepared for use.
• Manage inventory and stock levels for clinical supplies, including ordering and tracking supplies.

Administrative Support

• Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment notes in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and prompt responses.

Customer Engagement

• Educate patients about the clinic’s services, products, and promotions.
• Build positive relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification or relevant experience in healthcare, nursing, or a related field; aesthetic experience is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
