Key Responsibilities

  • Processing Orders (Sales Order and Delivery Order)
  • PO validation on price, qty, details, etc and process the order for picking and loading.
  • Update the information required in customers’ portal (PO acceptance, ETD / ETA, consignment stock status).
  • Customer payment entries & follow ups
  • Reporting may also be required; timeliness and accuracy is utmost important
  • Prepare Forecast Reports
  • Closely communicate with warehouse & customer
  • Ensure customer payments have been updated accordingly in the system
  • Assist salesperson to follow up on payments
  • Other Administrative duties & Support

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma, Degree or similar. Some experience in the field
  • Able to key in data correctly & efficiently.
  • SQL Accounting software knowledge is added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
