Key Responsibilities
- Processing Orders (Sales Order and Delivery Order)
- PO validation on price, qty, details, etc and process the order for picking and loading.
- Update the information required in customers’ portal (PO acceptance, ETD / ETA, consignment stock status).
- Customer payment entries & follow ups
- Reporting may also be required; timeliness and accuracy is utmost important
- Prepare Forecast Reports
- Closely communicate with warehouse & customer
- Ensure customer payments have been updated accordingly in the system
- Assist salesperson to follow up on payments
- Other Administrative duties & Support
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma, Degree or similar. Some experience in the field
- Able to key in data correctly & efficiently.
- SQL Accounting software knowledge is added advantage
