Job Descriptions
- Responsible to complete daily and monthly accounting activities in a timely and accurate matter to smoothen the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Handle full set account and ensure timely preparation/review of monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis and etc.
- Handle daily accounting functions, preparation of payment, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
- To develop and maintain a good professional relationship with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and related business associates.
- Monitor & review internal controls and ensure compliance with the Company's SOP particularly in cash, stocks, debtors, and daily collection process.
- Handle and perform any other tasks (including general office administration) as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounts / Finance or any other business-related field.
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Required Language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in programs including Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and withstand pressure to meet deadlines.
- The candidate(s) are required to report to the CEO/Manager.
- Good analytic skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
