Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team at G Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all reservation inquiries, ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests, and contributing to the smooth operation of the hotel’s reservation system. You will work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle all incoming calls/enquiries from guest via phone calls, emails, etc.
- Communication withguest via phone calls and emails. To offer extra help to guest (decoration, airport transfer, etc.)
- Good understanding of Hotel Product Knowledge to provide speedy response to guest.
- Make sure booking is in details and arrangement is in order.
- Responsible for room availability check and create individual bookings in Opera System.
- Responsible to save correspondence in correspondence folder for easy cross checking and reference.
- To guide, assist and advice guest on room types and room rates via Hotel Website.
- To ensure all guest requirements and preferences are met by prearranging them with relevant departments and to ensure traces/alerts are placed.
- To assist with any reservation amendments or cancellations requests according to each booking cancellations policy
- To assist any other inquiries related to guest travel or stay as needed.
- Responsible to handle payment for bookings that requires prepayment before arrival.
- To ensure all provided task are properly carried out and completed by end of the day.
- To demonstrate high quality and degree of moral among all associates and exemplary manner and promote.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
