Job Duties:
- Handles incoming telephone calls and prepares proposals / contracts for leads / inquires
- Handles all incoming & outgoing correspondence of supervising Sales Managers.
- Responsible for typing and filing all correspondence such as Proposals, Thank You letters, etc.
- Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
- Conducts site inspections prior to event ensuring all is in place.
- To ensure that daily, weekly and monthly communication, daily briefings are scheduled and held to pass on important information
- Review all VIP arrivals and communicate to all concerned department.
- To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff and all other departments
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie
- Preferably Junior admins with experience in hospitality/hotel/tourism.
- Sales oriented and has excellent customer servicing skills.
- Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail functions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
