As an HR Admin Assistant, you will support the Human Resources department in ensuring efficient and effective HR operations for our retail hardware chain store. This role involves a mix of administrative duties and HR responsibilities, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting a dynamic workforce in the hardware retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Conduct initial screenings and help in onboarding new employees.
- Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel information.
- Payroll Assistance:
Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying employee attendance and timesheet data, addressing payroll inquiries, and ensuring timely submission of payroll information.
- Benefits Administration:
Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, inquiries, and communication of benefits information to employees.
- HR Policy Implementation:
Help communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, aiding and directing them to the appropriate HR resources when necessary.
- Training Coordination:
Support the organization and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
- Event Planning:
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events, teambuilding activities, and other HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- General Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, preparing documents, and assisting with various HR projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
