  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Production Schedules: Develop and adjust daily/weekly manufacturing plans to meet shifting demand and resource constraints.
  • Drive Efficiency: Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies that minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials while keeping inventory lean.
  • Data-Driven Forecasting: Analyze production metrics and demand trends to enhance forecast accuracy and maintain optimal capacity.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Production Planner or similar capacity, ideally in Food Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proven track record using MRP systems to plan production and manage inventory.
  • Demonstrated success in improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering on schedule.
  • Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) best practices.
  • Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
