Beauty Advisor

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Advisor/Spa Therapist with at least 1 year of expertise in the beauty industry, particularly in skincare or spa therapy. Proficiency in Mandarin will be highly valued, providing a distinct advantage in serving a diverse range of clients.

Earn up to RM2,300 base salary, with additional commission, allowances, and excellent benefits including medical coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on skincare products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase the benefits and features of products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability by upselling and cross-selling products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in skincare or spa therapy.
• Strong knowledge of skincare routines and current beauty trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a valuable asset and will offer a competitive advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
