TECHNICIAN - QUALITY ASSURANCE, CALIBRATION

Job Description

OVERVIEW

To assist QA Calibration Supervisor to verify the equipment to ensure the performance, precision and accuracy of the equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To conduct verification and calibration for all equipment registered under calibration team.
• Responsibilities to verify all equipment based on establish schedule.
• To report any failure to superior if the verification of equipment is out of specification.
• To report any missing equipment to superior after conduct verification of equipment.
• To prepare data reports once complete verification of equipment.
• To assist validation to verify oven at production line based on the schedule from validation team.
• To assist QA Supervisor to manage and storage master equipment are in a good condition.
• To assist QA supervisor to conduct Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility of the equipment.
• To assist any ad-hoc request from other department to conduct verification of the equipment.
• Ensure that all work activities are done correctly accordance to own department’s work instructions and procedures to conform to both Hartalega Quality System and SHE System.
• Conduct 5S housekeeping and ensure work area under the care of technicians are clean and tidy.
• Any other tasks as per assigned by your superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

SPM with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Work Experience:

1 year working experience in manufacturing environment if any.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal and written)
• Able to handle responsibility independently
• Cooperative
• Hands-on
