Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for our client. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project life cycle, manage project progress, and ensure successful delivery within specified deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate staff, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and optimize project processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in

dynamic and complex environments, working collaboratively with senior leaders and external partners, specifically in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Manage new initiatives program/project or group of small projects across all phases of the project life cycle impacting key airport systems.
• Coordinate staff and internal resources to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and adapt work as required to mitigate risks and ensure
• successful delivery.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations, obtaining sign-off on user requirements and changes.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Design risk mitigation plans and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff, providing insights into project performance and areas for improvement.
• Optimize and improve processes and approaches as needed to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for project presentations, effectively preparing, designing, and presenting project matters.

*Required Skills*:

• 10 years or more experience as an IT Project Manager in a large project or organization.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end enterprise, large-scale, and/or cross functional/ multi projects in dynamic and complex environments.
• Experience working with senior leaders in the organization and external partners,
• demonstrating strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, and regional environment.
• Proficiency in project management life cycle and tools, with experience in different SDLC methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and automated tools.
• Understanding of end-to-end IT life cycle and project management, including pipeline management, resource allocation, demand management, project delivery, and financial management.
• Knowledge of project management quality and risk assessment principles and processes.
• Familiarity with critical applications related to support functions such as risk management, compliance, HR, finance, and marketing.
• Understanding of business and technology trends in support functions, with expertise in business process management methods and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for project presentations.
• This is an Onsite role and require the incumbent to work from client office at Sepang, 5 days a week.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
