ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations of the food court, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train F&B staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaners, to maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to ensure adequate supply of ingredients and supplies for smooth operation.
  • Implement and enforce hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly to uphold our reputation for excellence.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer retention including monitoring guest satisfaction.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote F&B services and events, developing creative strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, including social media initiatives, email marketing, and special promotions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the F&B industry, preferably in a food court, casual dining or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with a commitment to upholding regulations and best practices.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking skills to handle busy periods and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for food and hospitality, with a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our patrons.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

  • RM3,500 – RM4,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
  • Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

WORKING HOUR:

  • Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

  • Kuching, Sarawak
