Mantissa College is seeking a talented and dynamic Videographer cum Content Creator to strengthen our online presence and produce engaging, creative content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This hybrid role focuses on crafting impactful digital campaigns while producing high-quality, short-form videos that resonate with modern audiences. Job Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote the college’s programs.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, posts, and videos.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure the college remains competitive online.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a strong community presence.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospective students and partners.
- Work closely with the enrollment team to ensure leads are effectively converted into enrollments.
- Prepare regular performance reports highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Videography and Video Editing:
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Capture video content showcasing campus life, student testimonials, academic programs, and events.
- Edit videos with creative transitions, text overlays, captions, music, and effects to captivate audiences.
- Ensure all video content meets platform-specific requirements and maintains a consistent brand style and tone.
- Stay updated on video trends, challenges, and styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Schedule and coordinate filming sessions with students, faculty, and staff to feature authentic stories.
- Maintain and operate video production equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Videography, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management and video production.
- Proven ability to create platform-specific short-form video content.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Knowledge of paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Creative Skills:
- Strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for both videos and campaigns.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and challenges on social media platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability: Quick to adapt to changes and trends in the digital landscape.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for digital innovation and its role in education marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
