We are seeking experienced culinary professionals to join our KL campus as Trainers and Assessors for 2025 Term 1.
Courses to Deliver
SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training and assessment in culinary and hospitality management.
Teach advanced kitchen operations, menu planning, food safety, and kitchen management skills.
Guide students through practical sessions, ensuring industry standards are met.
Monitor and document student attendance and course progress.
Provide timely progress and risk reports to management.
Participate in validation and moderation of assessments to maintain quality.
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring culinary professionals.
Ability to demonstrate and teach a variety of cooking styles and techniques.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ recent experience in the culinary industry, ideally at a supervisory or head chef level.
Expertise in advanced culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and leadership in a hospitality setting.
Experience in designing and delivering engaging practical and theoretical training.
Familiarity with assessment validation and moderation processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.
Able to converse in Mandarin.
Able to deliver City & Guilds subject programs.
Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Qualifications
SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.
SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management.
TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
