- Greet customers, communicate with customers in a friendly and polite manner, understand their needs and provide order suggestions. Handle customer complaints and issues to ensure that customers have a good consumption experience.
- According to customer orders, make milk tea and other drinks accurately and quickly. Mix drinks according to the specified recipes to ensure consistent taste.
- Use the cash register system to process customer payments and ensure the accuracy of cash or electronic payments. Organize daily sales records and keep accounts clear.
- Keep the work area and equipment clean, including the preparation table, beverage machine and dining area. Daily cleaning work is required after get off work to ensure that the store hygiene meets the standards.
- Monitor the inventory of raw materials in the store to ensure that there are enough raw materials for daily use. Contact suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory to avoid out-of-stock.
- Introduce new products and promotions in the store to encourage customers to buy. Promote specific products or packages according to the season or sales strategy.
- Cooperate with other store staff to ensure smooth store operations. Coordinate work during peak hours to improve service efficiency.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene and store regulations to ensure the hygiene and safety of customers' drinks.
- The work of a milk tea shop clerk requires quick learning, flexible response, and good customer service awareness.
- Secondary school education or above is required, college students or fresh graduates are preferred.
- Able to speak in English & Mandarin.
- Experience in related catering or retail industries is preferred, but training is provided for novices and fresh graduates.
- Good verbal expression skills, able to communicate effectively with customers, understand and meet customer needs.
- Have a strong sense of customer service, treat customers with a friendly and patient attitude, and handle customer questions and complaints.
- Have a sense of teamwork, be able to work well with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive work attitude, and willingness to learn new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to peak work pressure.
- Understand food safety and hygiene standards, and be able to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the work area.
- Have basic mathematical skills and be able to handle cash transactions and change.
- Able to adapt to long hours of standing work and have a certain physical fitness to cope with daily physical labor.
