- Provide secretarial and administrative support and managing day to day office activities
- Manage and maintain proper filing system for all documentation in softcopy and hardcopy
- Coordinate and follow up with internal team and outsiders (consultants, contractors, suppliers, etc)
- Handle tenancy for company properties, including liaising with agents & tenants, attend to tenant’s complaints, arrange contractors for repair work, etc
- Supervise the company driver and dispatch personnel, coordinating their schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents and assigned work
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Conduct different types of market research as and when required
- Carry out ad-hoc duties requested by the management
- Diploma/ bachelor's degree in business administration, Office Management or relevant field
- Min 5 year's experience in administrative roles, preferably in an executive support capacity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
