Administrative Financial Specialist
Personnel: Recruitment and Allocation: Develop and implement recruitment plans according to the talent needs of various departments in the company. Release recruitment information through various channels, screen resumes, organize interviews, and select suitable talents for the company. Communicate and coordinate with the hiring departments to ensure that the recruited personnel can quickly adapt to their job roles. Performance and Compensation Management: Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's performance appraisal system, and be responsible for the collection, collation, and analysis of performance data. Assist in calculating employees' salaries, bonuses, benefits, etc., to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of salary accounting. Answer employees' questions about salary and performance. Employee Relationship Maintenance: Handle procedures such as employee onboarding, offboarding, probation completion, and job transfer, and maintain employees' personnel files. Deal with employees' daily problems and complaints, coordinate the relationship between employees and the company, and create a harmonious working atmosphere. Organize employee activities to enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion. Financial Section Accounting Processing: Be responsible for the company's daily financial accounting work, including the preparation and review of vouchers, the registration and closing of accounts. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data to provide basic data for the preparation of financial statements. Financial Statement Preparation: Regularly prepare financial statements, such as the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc. Analyze financial statements to provide relevant information on the company's financial position and operating results for the company's management, and support decision-making. Fund Management: Assist in managing the company's funds, and be responsible for fund receipt and payment, settlement, and reconciliation work. Monitor the fund flow situation, arrange funds reasonably, and ensure the safety and effective use of the company's funds. Tax Declaration and Management: Be familiar with national tax policies, and be responsible for calculating, declaring, and paying various taxes of the company. Maintain good communication with tax authorities, handle tax-related matters, and prevent tax risks. Financial Document Management: Organize, bind, and keep financial vouchers, account books, statements, and other financial materials to ensure the integrity and safety of financial materials. Archive and manage financial archives in accordance with the specified time limits and requirements.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above. Majors related to finance, accounting, human resources management, etc. are preferred. Work Experience: 1 - 2 years of work experience related to personnel and finance, with a good understanding of personnel and financial work processes. Knowledge and Skills: - Familiar with national labor laws and regulations, personnel policies, as well as financial and tax laws and regulations and systems. - Proficient in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the six major modules of human resources management, and possess solid professional financial knowledge, including accounting, financial statement analysis, tax handling, etc. - Skilled in using Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.; familiar with the operation of financial software and personnel management software. - Have good data analysis skills, be able to extract valuable information from personnel and financial data, and provide support for decision-making.
