Sales Assistant
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for the sales team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
- Update and maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Act as a link between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments.
- Provide shipment updates and resolve client concerns or escalate when necessary.
- Work with operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Experienced in the freight forwarding industry
- Candidates must possess at least SPM. A Diploma or higher in Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in the freight forwarding industry
- Sales, Negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Sales experience with success in the cold-calling environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving environment
- Able to get along well with others in a team setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a bonus.
- Working - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
