We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Intern to support our sales team. The intern will assist in administrative tasks, help streamline sales processes and ensure efficient communication between departments. This role provides hands-on experience in sales operations, CRM tools, and customer relationship management. • Administrative Support: • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation. • Organize and maintain sales records and files. • Manage sales-related correspondence and documentation. • CRM and Data Management: • Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of records. • Generate reports to track sales performance and pipeline. • Coordination and Communication: • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, operations). • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team. • Support in resolving customer inquiries or routing them to the appropriate team. • Other Tasks: • Contribute to team brainstorming and strategy sessions. • Participate in special projects or events organized by the sales or marketing team. Qualifications and Skills • Education: Currently pursuing diploma in Business Admin, Account, Data or related fields. Recent graduates are also welcome. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is compulsory. • Soft Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Additional Traits: A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
