Production Supervisor CUM Planner

Key Responsibilities: Supervise Production Operations: Oversee the production process, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Manage Production Staff: Lead and mentor a team of production workers, assigning tasks, setting performance standards, and conducting performance evaluations. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of metal products to ensure they meet established standards, implementing quality control measures and making necessary adjustments. Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and efficient use of resources. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and providing training to employees. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to upper management, providing updates on production status, challenges, and achievements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the metal industry. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, technical proficiency with metal production machinery, ability to analyze production data, and problem-solving skills.
