Position Overview: The Food and Beverages (F&B) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring excellent service delivery, staff performance, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while supporting the overall objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership Manage and oversee daily F&B operations, including service, preparation, and cleanliness. Ensure all tasks and activities align with company policies and procedures. Address and resolve any operational challenges promptly. Team Management Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of F&B staff. Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Promote teamwork and a positive work environment. Customer Service Excellence Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Address guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Monitor service delivery to ensure consistency and quality. Inventory and Resource Management Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Minimize waste and control costs while maintaining quality standards. Ensure proper storage and handling of F&B supplies. Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of the premises and equipment. Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines. Financial Accountability Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the F&B department. Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, revenue, and costs. Event and Function Coordination Plan and manage special events, ensuring seamless service delivery. Liaise with clients and other departments to meet event requirements. Reporting and Communication Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, sales, and customer feedback. Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure alignment on goals. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory role within the F&B industry. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Financial acumen and inventory management experience.
