SALES CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities 1. To have full knowledge of the range of products and services and to keep abreast of the latest updates. 2. To ensure compliance with dealership requirement in term of product knowledge by attending company product training. 3. To qualify customers requirement and then present and demonstrate our product to give customers confidence in the product. 4. Prepare daily sales report, update the sales-kit and current price books regularly as necessary. Maintain and update record of customers and prospects history. 5. To be conversant with all sales procedures and sales procedures for: a) Registration of motor vehicle. b) Hire purchase and other financing schemes. c) Vehicle insurance schemes. d) New car sales delivery process, warranty claims and conditions. 6. To participate in any sales promotions, cold canvassing and prospecting exercise as required by the Company. 7. To prepare the necessary documents for customers acknowledgement in the new car delivery process and to adhere to the requirements. 8. To constantly project professional image of the Company to the public. 9. To assist in promoting service package and campaign. 10. To maintain cleanliness & good house-keeping (5S) as necessary of the showroom and work place according to the company 5S Standard Guidelines.
