Data Engineer

Job Purpose: - Maintain, backup, secure and transform data from multiple systems to our data warehouse. - Data Integration with internal and third-party system - Build and maintain datasets required by business users - Validate and ensure data accuracy of data - Deliver reports and updates relevant to stakeholders needs based on analytics - Other ad hoc tasks Qualifications: Required - At least 2 years of experience in any major RDBMS, preferably: - - - Postgres - - - MySQL - - - MSSQL - 1 year of experience on cloud data warehouse, preferably Google BigQuery - Able to write and debug complex SQL queries - Partitioning, clustering and indexing knowledge - Experience in data transformation and ETL tools (Pentaho, Apache Nifi, or other ETL tools) - 1-3 years of experience in the same duties and responsibilities - Strong analytical skills - Good communication skills - Willing to work onsite Nice to Have - Experience in Python programming - Experience in Apache Airflow, Data Build Tools or Kafka - Advanced knowledge in data analytics and data management - Familiar with big query optimization - Advanced knowledge on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure and APIs - OData Service administration background
