Business Analyst

As an Business Ananlyst for our German market, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing the needs of our clients in Germany, and providing solutions based on our CRM systems. You will work closely with our team of developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure understanding of German local trends and customs. Responsibilities: -Understand and analyze the business requirements of our clients in Germany and provide solutions based on our CRM systems -Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery -Conduct research on local trends and customs to ensure that our solutions are relevant and effective for our German customers -Create project documentation such as requirements specifications, functional specifications, and test plans -Collaborate with our development team to ensure that our solutions meet the requirements of our clients in Germany -Provide ongoing support to our clients in Germany, including training and assistance with system issues Requirements: -Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a CRM system implementation project -Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills -Knowledge of German local trends and customs -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Ability to work effectively in a team environment -Willingness to work flexible hours to accomodate our clients in Germany -Able to speak and write German & Spanish language Preferred Qualifications: -Experience in working with international clients, preferably from Germany -Knowledge of CRM system If you meet the above requirements and are interested in working with an innovative and dynamic team, we encourage you to submit your application.
