ACCOUNT 1. Overseas day to day operation functions of accounting 2. To handle full set of accounts, month end, year closing and audit schedules, tax, stock control 3. Responsible for management, statutory and group reporting, development of business plan, budget and cash flow forecast 4. Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures 5. Preparation of monthly management accounts and cash flow statements 6. Handle inventory management 7. Handle petty cash & staff claims 8. Liaise with the external auditor, tax agent, company secretary to ensure compliance with accounting standards requirements 9. Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time HR 10. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments. 11. Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement. 12. Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates. 13. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process. 14. Issuing Letter of Offer/Employment to the selected candidate. 15. Conduct orientation program / onboarding and briefing to new employee. 16. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents. 17. Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to Operations Manager. 18. Attending / Understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them. 19. Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval. 20. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees. 21. Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance. 22. Preparation of salary statement. 23. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers. 24. Review, update and maintain proper filing. 25. Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. 26. Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employee.
