Outlet Auditor

Conducting Audits: Regular visits to outlets to assess cleanliness, work quality, hygiene standards, and service performance. Ensuring Compliance: Ensures all outlets adhere to company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., health, safety). Inventory Audits: Reviews stock levels, inventory control processes, and checks for discrepancies or wastage. Staff Training & Development: Evaluates staff performance in relation to customer service and compliance, and may provide feedback or recommend training. Operational Audits: Reviews day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, proper execution of procedures, and quality assurance. Documentation & Reporting: Prepares detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for improving performance and ensuring compliance. Risk Management: Identifies areas of potential risk or non-compliance and provides recommendations to mitigate those risks. Follow-Up Audits: Ensures that corrective actions are taken after audits and follows up to ensure that issues have been resolved. Collaboration with Management: Works closely with the operations and management teams to implement changes and improve overall outlet performance.
