Job Description: • Prepare/Issue Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, TDO, Proforma Invoice, Packing List • Apply relevant documents for export eg. Form D, Country of Origin • Liaise with Sales Dept pertaining to customers' shipment and ensuring shipping documents are delivered to customers on time [or within the target lead time] • Liaise with Warehouse pertaining to all delivery activities • Participate in stock counts and prepare related reports/documents • Local transport/delivery arrangement • Follow-up on all outstanding orders Requirements : • Diploma in any related field • Excellent attention to details • Possess some knowledge in Malaysian Royal Customs procedures and permit applications • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline and urgent orders • Able to work with minimum supervision • Fresh graduates in Engineering background are encouraged to apply • Work location : Glenmarie, Shah Alam
