INSPECTOR, CIVIL (Freelance)

• Compile and ensure thorough understanding of project AFC drawings, specifications, procedures, ITP, shop drawings and applicable international codes and standards. • Prepare and issue daily quality inspection & surveillance report to QAQC Engineer • Inspect, document, and verify the project is constructed in conformance with contract plans and specifications. • Maintain accurate inspector daily records of the work (e.g., personnel, equipment, materials, quantities, site conditions, specialty trades, etc.). • Monitoring all activities and materials of construction in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications. • Preparation of request for inspections (RFI) with all necessary attachments. • Coordinating with the construction engineers and client inspectors for clearing designated point of inspections (Hold and Witness Points). • Preparing test schedules, frequency of test and sampling related to approved Quality control program • Witness and monitor Quality field inspection such as: Rebar inspection, formwork inspection, Field Density Test, concrete or grout pouring, concrete cube test, soil testing & compaction and etc. • Gather up to date information on Contractor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for quality such as RFI cancelled, RFI accepted, RFI rejected, NCR, rejection rates,, etc. • Conduct inspection on all materials received at site and ensure materials to be used confirming to contract plans and specifications.
