Job description -Assist the superior in checking and monitoring office maintenance to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. -Assist the superior in checking and monitoring office automation systems to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. -Assist superior to checking and monitoring on office equipment & facilities to ensure all are in order and good condition. -Assist the superior in checking and monitoring stationery and beverage supplies to ensure everything is in order. -Assist the superior in monitoring all utility invoices for HQ and site offices and prepare payment advice. -Assist the superior in monitoring and maintaining all company vehicles. -Assist superior during the renovation office. -Assist the superior in updating the company asset listing as required. -Assist the superior in preparing the meeting room for company events, board meetings, and other functions as required. -Assist the superior in updating and monitoring the company parking and Shell card usage. Job Requirement: -Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. -A fast learner who adapts quickly, meets deadlines, and works effectively in a team. -Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Demonstrates the ability to maintain clear and accurate records and reports. -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
