Hotel Sales & Reservation Apprentice

Responsibilities:

• Reservation Management:
• Learn to handle guest reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date reservation records.
• Guest Services:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Learn to recommend and upsell hotel amenities and services.
• Sales Support:
• Assist in implementing sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
• Participate in sales presentations and property tours.
• Collaboration with Departments:
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Learn to coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other teams to meet guest needs.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Assist in administrative duties related to sales and reservation functions.
• Learn to generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
