Job description
Responsibilities
1) To handle full set of accounts (perform months end closing, year-end closing and audit schedule, petty cash checking, monitor A/P and A/R, submit accounting report and etc.).
3) Liaise with Company Secretary, auditors, tax agents and co-operate with them to fulfil the requirements set by the statutory bodies.
4) Responsible and to perform daily banking operation.
5)Ensure proper filing of accounting document.
6) To coordinate in stock take process.
7) Administer HR related documentation, such as salary revision, confirmation and etc.
8) Administering payroll and maintaining employee records and to ensure all staff information is up to date.
9) Checking on general workers salary.
10) Checking on driver allowance & etc.
11) Other ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Financial.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or any related field.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge in computerize accounting (Autocount) and payroll software.
Able to handle full set accounts.
Able to work independently and meticulously.
Good problem solving skills & able to work under pressure & deadline.
Computer literate.
