Job Description:

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's online presence and driving engagement. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help grow our audience and strengthen our position as a leading voice in the property space.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and identify growth opportunities.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, and TikTok.
• Produce short, attention-grabbing videos that generate interest and excitement around our brand and properties.
• Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content creation, publishing, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.

3. Community Building & Influencer Relations

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Implement community management strategies to foster a positive and engaged community of followers and fans.

4. Advertising & Campaigns

• Support the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions and achieve marketing objectives.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

6. Staying Ahead

• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our social media presence and performance.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Passion for content creation, particularly in video format.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
