Job Summary:
Support the daily sales activities by engaging with the customers and the sales team actively through assisting them to process their orders on time to deliver while providing necessary support in the administration work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and engage with the customer orders before further processing to deliver.
- Schedule and keep track with the goods deliveries to meet customer expectations.
- Inspect and report the goods received/returned from the suppliers/customers.
- Facilitate in preparing all sales related documentations and reports for management review.
- Facilitate in the purchasing activities to support sales process.
- Facilitate in other administration work as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Possess a minimum SPM education level.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage as most of our clients are Mandarin speakers.
Working Location: Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
