  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Assistant (Retail):

1. Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product information and recommendations.

2. Manage the store layout, stock shelves, and ensure cleanliness of the retail environment.

3. Process sales transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.

4. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report on sales performance.

Live Host:

1. Host live streams to showcase products, provide demonstrations, and answer customer inquiries in real-time.(eg: Tiktok & Instagram)

2. Create engaging and interactive content for the live sessions to attract and retain viewers.

3. Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively during live streams.

4. Monitor and respond to live stream comments, questions, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a sale (retail) or customer-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and live streaming.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Confident and engaging personality, comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
  • Availability to commit to a 3-month temporary contract.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
